Curvy Road’s Lotus Evora GT, Supercharged, 6-Speed-manual, 2+2 coupe, is a true British sports car in every sense of the word.

Curvy Road had a prior Lotus Evora in the program a couple of years ago. It was a fun car in many ways, but the paddle shift trans it had didn’t quite provide the kind of experience that the six-speed manual shifter does. It seems clear to us that the folks at Lotus designed this car to be a traditional stick shift manual sports car. It just works!

This red GT has the carbon fiber package, which not only looks great, but which results in a lighter car overall. The black wheels, red calipers and red stitched leather interior with more carbon fiber accents and red embroidered logos make an already great looking car that much more special.

Because the Lotus has back seats, the front seats can be set far back and result in crazy amounts of legroom for a car anywhere near this size. The aluminum block, 24 valve, supercharged, 3.5-liter V6 engine makes 416 hp, and maybe because of the gearing – it feels like a lot more. 317 lb/ft of torque on a car this light (under 3,200 lbs) with the high revving engine and precision manual six-speed make for a superior driving experience… just driving it around town, let alone on an open road.
